Application:

Description:
A pasteurized blend of egg yolk, corn syrup and salt.

Conversion:
In most formulas - 1 part Gard Tex 30 and 1 part water by weight.

Storage:
Cool, dry storage recommended.

Available in 50 lb. poly-lined cartons.
