General

Rose Acre Farms produces liquid whole egg from fresh, clean, domestic chicken eggs under continuous USDA inspection and are certified Kosher. The eggs are washed, sanitized ,and inspected before being opened by machine and again inspected before mixing with other eggs. Eggs are pasteurized and processed to meet or exceed standards in 7 CFR Part 59. Strict quality procedures assure compliance with federal, state and local regulations and with published specifications.

Storage

Liquid whole egg must be stored in clean, refrigerated area. The shelf life is 35(!) days when properly stored at 40 F or below. Low temperatures will provide full shelf life.
