What is unique about SQUARE EGGS ?. 1. Our Egg Product is produced from fresh, clean domestic chicken eggs under continuous USDA inspection and is certified Kosher. The eggs are washed, sanitized and inspected before being opened by a machine and again inspected before mixing with other eggs. Eggs are pasteurized and processed to meet or to exceed standards in 7 CFR Part 59. Strict quality procedures assure compliance with federal, state and local regulations and with published specifications.

2. We will provide you with full documentation before you decide on your first order. After each delivery we will provide you with a lab report on the product you have just purchased.

3. Our Eggs are Square in terms of PRICINGS, DELIVERY as well as QUALITY. It is very rarely a case that our lab reports show higher Standard Plate Count than 1,000 CFU/gm when our standard is 5,000 CFU/gm.
